Molde (24 000 inhabitants) is situated by the Romsdalsfjord in Møre og Romsdal County.

How to get to Molde

By Air

The local airport is Årø flyplass, Molde. You can fly to Molde with SAS or Norwegian 

By Train

NSB Åndalsnes train station at Åndalsnes. Bus and ferry to Molde.

By Bus

At 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. every day from Oslo Bus terminal Galleriet to Molde.
Molde-Oslo at 9:45 a.m. and 10 p.m. every day. Ticket sales on the bus. All buses call upon Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

By Sea

Express Coastal liner from Bergen, Ålesund, Molde, Kristiansund, Trondheim and further north.

From Molde Airport Årø to Molde Town

Distance: about 6 kilometres

By bus

The shuttle bus brings you from Molde Airport to the centre of Molde and Molde Campus. The hotels are all located in the town centre and the bus stops at all the hotels.

By taxi

Taxi are also available at the airport, if necessary call 71 25 28 11.

From Molde Town to Molde University College

Distance: about 3 kilometres

By bus

From airport or Busstation in town centre, every half hour! Bus number 701

Prices: NOK 24,- single fare.

By taxi

Call 71 25 28 11.

Price: about NOK 80,-

By foot

About 40 minutes (direction west).
