From the airport, Årø, it takes 10 min. to drive in to the town centre or 15 min. to Molde Univeristy College

Map and road description

If you choose to fly to Molde it will take you approx. one hour from all the three largest cities, Oslo, Trondheim or Bergen.

If you choose to fly to Ålesund airport, you need to take the airport bus to the center of town, and from there you can take a Timekspressen bus to Molde central bus station (located about 400 meters from the conference hotel). The bus from Ålesund to Molde will take 2hrs and 15 minutes. This is a more complex way to arrive.

Another alternative is to drive which on average takes 7 hours from Oslo and 9 hours from Bergen. From
Trondheim the journey only takes 4 hours. It is also possible to arrive in Molde by train and bus.

However if you are travelling from somewhere along the coast from Bergen to the North Cape using Hurtigruten, the renowned coastal liner, is an experience not to be missed!
