Molde University College has made guidelines for the use of  sources, and also guidelines for writing citations and references according to the Chicago-style. See also the rules for copyright.

At Molde University College we recommend the reference style Chicago 15B.
 
When you write theses, reports, articles or students assignments of any kind you usually use different presentations written by others, to which they have copyright. References shall show where you have found this material. In that way information and citations can be controlled and evaluated.  [more]
 
Making copies is regulated by The Norwegian Copyright Act and its regulations. According to §12 in the law you are allowed to make copies for private use.[more]
