Academic approval

• The approval is based on the pre-approval and Transcript of Records from the host institution.
• If you receive the transcript from directly, it is your responsibility to submit this to the international coordinator.
• Credits from the exchange are automatically reported to Lånekassen.
• The credits will appear on your diploma, but not the grades.

Questioner and travel log

• You have to answer a questioner when you return home.
• You will receive an email about this from EU Survey after the end date you have provided for your stay.
• It is also great if you write a travel log after the end of your stay.

Language test

• If you had to take the OLS language test before departure, you must take a new language test when you return home.
• You will receive this automatically.
