LOG718 Preparatory Course in Basic Statistics (Autumn 2022)

About the course

In this course, you will learn the basics of statistics and prepare you for the course LOG708 Applied Statistics. The topics are descriptive statistics, probabilities, random variables, sampling and sampling distributions and estimation. If you do not have any /weak knowledge in statistics, we strongly recommend you take this course. Note that LOG708 will start on a higher level and it is presuppose that the students have a basic knowledge in statistics.

AUTUMN 2022:

 

The course will be held on week 32, 8^th – 12^th of August.

This is a digital course, the lectures will be streamed via Zoom.
