About the course

This course addresses methods or concepts allowing analysis and control of all costs within a supply chain, by using exiting approaches to cost management. The course covers costs which are not only created by material and information flows along the supply chain, but also by the relationships with the supply chain itself. Current trends and developments will also be addressed.

The successful candidate should have achieve advanced knowledge about methods and concepts allowing analysis and control of all costs within a supply chain.

  • Obtained knowledge about Proactive Cost Management.
  • Obtained knowledge about Interorganizational Cost Management and Lean Management Accounting
  • Improved his/her analytical and writing abilities through the process of assignment writing
