The digitalization strategic planning process; structuring the digital transformation process, analyzing the business environment; identifying the mission and competencies of organizations; assigning value and weight to enterprise objectives; reviewing established digitalization process portfolios; measuring Information technology governance maturity; aligning digitalization to your business objectives, frameworks, models to assess maturity and governance process in digital transformation.
