Login Canvas

Course access

• Students: You must register to courses in Studentweb. Normally, access permissions are syncronized to Canvas within 1-2 hours or no later than the next day.
• Employees: Contact Canvas support if you need access to courses in Canvas.

Canvas apps

Download the Canvas app to use Canvas on your mobile phone. To use Canvas on a tablet, Mac or PC, we recommend that you log in to Canvas via a browser. For example, Chrome or Edge. 

These two apps, both developed by Instructure, can be used on mobile phones:

• Canvas
• Canvas Teacher

Teachers can use both apps.

Microsoft Education and Teams in Canvas

In Canvas, Microsoft Education is integrated as a tool in courses. Microsoft Education includes Teams, and teachers can create a team with members synced from Canvas to Teams.

Teachers can also set up Microsoft Education for a group created in a Canvas course. A team will automatically be created for the group and should not be deleted.

If you as a student have not been given access to a team created from Canvas, you can go to the course in Canvas and then select Microsoft Education.
