Booking the studio in Molde
You request access to the studio via the IAM access management. The standard duration for each access request is 2 weeks.
You must also reserve the studio via the Outlook calendar.
We have three studios and you will find them in building A, ground floor:
- A-0.031 Podkaststudio (Audio)
- A-0.030 Videostudio(Video production)
- A-0.026 Fotostudio (Photo and movie studio. Greenscreen)
Booking access to the studio via the IAM portal
- Log in to the IAM portal.
- Select "Catalog" in the left menu.
- Check the box for the access you want to order:
- Adgang Videostudio (A-0.030)
- Adgang Podkaststudio (A-0.031)
- Adgang Fotostudio (A-0.026)
- Select "Request" (in the bottom menu bar).
- In the window that appears on the right: Enter the reason for the access in the comments field, and then click the "Request" button. The booking is now completed.
- Important: Write a justification for what you will use the studio for. Applications without a justification will be rejected.
For example: Recording related to an exam, podcast recording for a course assignment, or recording for private use.
Via the "My Entitlements" menu option, you can see the status of the booking, and you will be able to see when access is granted..
The standard duration of access is 2 weeks.
Reserving a studio in the Outlook calendar
In the Outlook calendar, you can reserve one or more of the studios. They have the following shared calendars:
- Studio - Videostudio
- Studio - Podkaststudio
- Studio - Fotostudio
You can add one or more of these calendars from the address book if you want to see when each studio is available (without using the scheduling assistant).
How to reserve a studio:
- Create a meeting/event. Feel free to use the scheduling assistant so you can see when one or more of the studios are available.
- Name the meeting in a manner that explains who is recording and for what purpose.
- Select the time and add the desired studio as a required attendee. (The studio should not be added as a room).
- Click "Send" to save the reservation
Booking the studio in Kristiansund
Students and staff may use Studio Campus, which is operated by Campus Kristiansund.
