Ordering access card

Before you can order an access card, your account must be activated. If you have not done so you will find a description under the first step on the registration page.

  • Choose "Order access card" in the Self-Service Portal 
  • Choose your pick-up location before clicking the "Order" button

You should now be able to see your profile in the portal, with the option to order a card and set a PIN code.

Order your card

If you have not previously taken or posted a photo in the Self-Service Portal, you must do so before you can order a card. See requirements and guidance for photos on student certificates.

  • Select your place of study and click on the Order new card button.

Normally you have to expect 2 working days before the card can be picked up at our Studentservice, Molde or Kristiansund, while at the start of the semester in the autumn it can take up to 1 week before it can be handed out.

NB! Payment of the semester fee must be registered in Studentweb before you can pick up the card, and you must show valid identification to receive the card. The access card is also your library card at the library.

Set a PIN code

  • Choose the "Change PIN-code on access card"
  • Create your personal PIN code and click the "Save PIN" button
