Registration without using the My Studies app
1. Activate user account
When your account is ready for activation you will receive an e-mail with instructions and a link to the self-service portal.

- If you experience any issues activating your account: Contact IT Support
2. Register with Studentweb
- Log on to StudentWeb - Use login with Feide and select "Use work or school account".
- You must accept the university's rules and guidelines.
Registration for classes and exams (Education plan)
- Autumn semester: 15 July to 1 September
- Spring semester: 15 December to 1 February
Your information in "My profile"
Check the following:
- That your home address is correct.
- Your student home address is correct
- Email and phone numbers are correct.
3. Pay semester fee
Remember to pay your semester fee (does not apply to exchange students).
- Deadline: 1 September (autumn) and 1 February (spring)
Invoice with KID number is generated in Studentweb, under the tab Payment. NB. Make sure you use the correct KID when paying.
If you experience problems with the semester fee invoice: Contact Student service
The semester fee is NOK 845, -, and consists of two parts:
- NOK 825 is the semester fee itself, including NOK 225 in the Kopinor fee, which is mandatory to pay each semester.
- NOK 20 is a voluntary support to the Students' and Academics' International Assistance Fund - SAIH
4. Student ID
With the Student ID mobile app, you can identify yourself to student welfare organizations and public transport companies, to obtain student discounts..
